My Autonomy

Problem
myAutonomy, an NDIS Plan Manager, faced high digital marketing costs with a cost per acquisition (CPA) ranging from $200 to $400, and ineffective Facebook ads that weren’t converting.

Solution
We implemented a strategic overhaul across Meta, Google, Display, and YouTube. A gated eBook campaign was also launched, along with tailored video ads to engage and qualify leads.

Results
The overall digital CPA dropped to just $33.14 across all platforms. Facebook Ads produced a CPA as low as $12.62 for the eBook campaign and $0.89 for traffic campaigns. Google Ads achieved a CPA of $78.65, significantly improving lead quality while reducing costs.
